REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

We at Social Lens work hard to provide you with the most rewarding experience through our cohorts. Customers have always been a priority at Social Lens who we wish to give the best service through our cohorts. 

Our refund policy is an important aspect of our commitment to our customers. Please find the details of our refund policy here before applying for a refund.

  • Once registered and purchased, all passes to our cohorts are non-refundable. In case of scheduling conflicts, please contact contact@slens.co
  • Participants can cancel their registration no less than 10 days before the cohort.
  • Should participants cancel their registration and inform Social Lens no less than 10 days before the cohort, the recordings of the same will be shared with them.
  • If participants do not cancel and are unable to attend the cohort, they may not get access to the recordings of the cohort.
  • Passes are transferable within your organization. However, each pass is limited to a maximum of two members of your organization. Any more than that will have to get an additional pass. [Please note that it is mandatory to get in touch with the Social Lens team before transferring passes in your organisation]
  • We understand that change is constant and plans can change. In case of scheduling conflicts such as personal and work obligations or unexpected meetings, personal illness, etc., the request to access the recording of the cohort will only be considered after the cohort is over.
  • Recordings of the cohort will be available only for a duration of 30 days after the day of the cohort only if requested by the participant via email. 
  • Social Lens can not be held responsible in case you did not receive any mail regarding information of our cohorts because of spam filters or firewalls in your organization.
  • Social Lens can not be held responsible for technical difficulties or problems faced by the participant at the participant’s end.
  • Social Lens can not be held responsible if a participant is not satisfied with the content of the cohort.
  • Social Lens reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any cohort due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such situations, attendees will be notified 24 hours prior to the start time of the cohort. 
  • In case we reschedule a cohort, registered attendees will be notified about the new date and time 24 hours prior to the start time of the cohort. If certain participants are not available on the new date, then the recording of the same will be shared with them.
  • All participants are requested to use the feedback form provided at the end of the cohort to submit any comments on refund requests.
